Wednesday's Midweek Selections - 18 January

Southwell is full steam ahead after a second inspection.  I'm somewhat delayed with my selections as we have had a power cut in our neck of the woods which had of course put my router out of action .....so I've been catching up!!

Notes:

1/           The danger here is Sud Pacifique so I have put a cover bet on this (just in case!)

2/           I’m not convinced that the race run to suit Araucaria.  This LH track will suit Bellaboosh and she has potential for improvement after her first chase run LTO.

 and there isn't a horse called Dancing Chef so that guess is wrong!:

A young boy, attending a horse auction with his trainer father, watched as Dad moved from horse to horse, running his hands up and down the horses' legs, rump, and chest.

After a few minutes he asked, "Dad, why are you doing that?" 

His father replied, "Because before you buy a horse, you must be sure it’s sound." 

The boy looked worried and said "Then I think we ought to hurry home." 

"Why?" said Dad. 

"Because the postman who came to the house with a parcel yesterday must want to buy Mummy!"

The reason for the less than great usual results yesterday may have been the absence of "Big Bucks" the plastic toy lucky horse from my laptop - he is back in place so normal luck (=deduction skills) should be resumed.
