Seconds out! At least that's what I felt like shouting yesterday after a string of them both on here and the alter blog speedyequines picks. Let's hope that all of today's selections have longer noses and necks.
At Punchestown yesterday, it's worth noting that all of the winners (except the bumpers of course) had previously placed here or won at Cheltenham. Still on the Punchestown subject, what a fantastic ride AP gave Alderwood (left) in the Novice Hurdle to get him up on the line yesterday - I honestly don't think any other jockey riding today could have done that, which I guess is why he has been champ for 16 (soon to be 17) years!

Later on in the day, Barry Geraghty got up from the most horrific fall when Mossey Joe came down at the last in the Champion Novice Chase (Davy Russell just about managed to stay onboard Sir Des Champs at the same fence)......when you see jumps jockeys walk away from falls like that after the horse has landed smack bang on top (same as happened to Ruby at Aintree) then you have to think that they must have been born with rubber coated bones! It's a shame some Premier League footballers don't have the same capacity for staying/getting upright.
(see, I never mentioned Drogba's name once!)
Away from Punchestown on Wednesday, if you're looking for a winner then you could do worse than take a close look at an Fallon rides at Epsom today- he has an incredible strike rate here of 25%+
He won with his first ride of the day at 25/1 then came last in the next two.......
He won with his first ride of the day at 25/1 then came last in the next two.......
NR (chases abandoned today)
Hereford is abandoned and Punchestown meeting is threatened by high 90 mph winds so we won't know if they will be racing until 2pm....the two chases have been rescheduled to Saturday so an all hurdles and bumper card today starting at 16:55!
A couple of winners today meant a nice profit of + 9.62 (+96.2%)

1/ The
track is an unknown for Ithoughtitwasover – he hasn’t even run on a sharp
course before to offer up any clues as to how he’ll handle Epsom so just in
case it’s a problem (we’ll know within 2f) then I’ll be on Romeo Montague each
way saver – Ryan Moore is riding – both have had a run this season and both
will be fine on ground and distance. had

Sir Michael Stoute had another winner on Tuesday with Diamond Dame - if I keep mentioning this each day then he could win again tomorrow (Dank 18:50 Kempton) 1st
Dank is the horse's name and not a description of Kempton on a Wednesday evening by the way.....but it is a most silly name for a horse!) ...
Dear Sir Michael,
I promised to mention your runner(s) on here each day until one loses
love Sandi x
